ECT Inc, the only U.S. manufacturer of aviation compressor wash, is proud to announce the new release of our R-MC compressor wash in a 4-to-1 concentration. R-MC is the only amine-based compressor wash on the market, which leads to higher temperature stability, better cleaning, and a more environmentally friendly product. R-MC is specifically formulated for aviation use, and contains specialty corrosion inhibitors while remaining non-toxic.

Previously R-MC was only offered in a pre-mix and 6-to-1 concentration. Responding to customers’ feedback for flexibility, ECT will now offer a 4-to-1 concentration to provide the customer with a wider range of concentration to choose from, ensuring they are able to be supplied with the specific amount they require. In addition to supplying a wide range of concentrations, ECT also manufactures multiple package sizes, including 1, 5, 30, 55, 275 gallons, and bulk options. Picture Above: P/N 42172-05

    History
    Formerly an operating unit of Sermatech International, ECT has developed cleaners (R-MC and PowerBack), injection equipment and patented power augmentation systems for industrial gas turbines and a variety of other centrifugal and axial flow rotating equipment. ECT mechanical designs include manifold nozzle rings and arrays for on and offline cleaning, power augmentation, fogging and NOx control. We also design and fabricate customized fluid delivery skids for each of these technologies. Each nozzle arrangement and delivery system is engineered for cost effectiveness, ease of maintenance and durability.

    Technology
    The nozzle components of our equipment are typically manufactured from 300 series stainless steel. All welds are performed and inspected to standard specifications. The skids are comprised of coated carbon steel, heavy duty pump/motor arrangements and a central control panel. Interconnect plumbing and wiring conforms to site specific specifications and standards.
